OLD NEWS gives your old newspapers a stylish home. It secures the papers when you lift it off the ground and makes returning papers to the recycling unit a breeze. OLD NEWS can also be used as a magazine holder. OLD NEWS is made in Gothenburg from excess felt from production of indoor tennis courts and is available in four sporty colours; roland garros-red, wimbledon-green, us open-blue and sodertalje-gray. Depending on what colours are in original production availability may vary. OLD NEWS is developed by the creatables-team in cooperation with Jonas Forsman. OLD NEWS is delivered in a box like this and is quickly assembled with the plastic rivets.

These are a couple of pictures of our pen holder series. There are three models, one regular version for mixed pens and pencils, one for your copic-markers and one for bigger things such as knives, rulers and stuff like that. The pen holders are made from waste in laser cut metal. Colors aren’t final but this beautiful IBM beige is a given.

The TENNIS NOTICE-BOARD is made from the excess felt from production of indoor tenniscourts and misprinted sign-material from print shops. The TENNIS NOTICE-BOARD features invisible wallmounting for extreme finish and fit. Also available as accessories are small white hooks for keys and other stuff and a small day calendar that suits the sport felt perfectly. The backside-boardings are waste and misprints from the printing industry. They are usually white, but can on rare occasions be this beatiful (notice a track and field competition is taking place at Gothenburg’s famous sporting arena Nya Ullevi).
